Coaching Schedules
1. It is the responsibility of the athlete to ensure that they are medically fit to complete the exercise programme prescribed. If you are in any doubt with regards to your personal health, please consult your general practitioner. You must inform the coaches of any medical conditions you have.
2. Payment for coaching schedules takes place by standing order once per month. Upon confirmation that the payment is in place the initial 4 week block will be delivered. The athlete is entitled to cancel the standing order at any time and the programmes will be cancelled from this point in time.
3. When a new schedule is due for delivery, it will be sent on the Thursday prior to it's commencement. All schedules are delivered by email only, if the recipient changes email address they must inform the sender in advance.
4. Phone calls to the athlete will be made at a pre-arranged time and date, the recipient must ensure they are available at the time and date specified.
5. Once the athlete has started the programme the schedules are delivered every 4 weeks and the fee must be paid for each schedule. If the athlete is ill or on holiday and chooses not to pay for a specific month, they have effectively ended the programme.
6. Where applicable, it is the athlete's responsibility to complete the training to the best of their ability and return the training diary for analysis. Without this feedback the coaches cannot guarantee performance improvements.

Sports Testing

2. All tests must be paid in full, in advance by cheque or online payment.
3. The athlete must attend on the date and time specified, no refund will be offered if the athlete fails to attend.
4. If it is necessary to rearrange the appointment, the coach must be informed no less than 3 days prior to testing and the payment will be transferred to an alternate date.
5. The athlete must follow the pre-test guidelines to ensure that the results are as accurate as possible.
Training Camps
1. It is the responsibility of the athlete to ensure that they are medically fit to complete the exercise programme prescribed. If you are in any doubt with regards to your personal health, please consult your general practitioner. You must inform the coaches of any medical conditions you have.
2. If you choose to cancel your application for any training camp you are entitled to transfer the payment towards the cost of an alternate camp within the proceeding 12 months. If you do not wish to transfer your payment you are entitled to 75% refund up until 4 weeks prior to the camp and 50% refund up until 2 weeks before the camp. If you cancel within the final 2 weeks, refunds are not available.
3. You must read all pre-camp details thoroughly and ensure that you bring all of the equipment required. Your bicycle and other equipment must be in working order before you arrive and you must have a suitable cycle helmet where applicable.
4. When attending training camps you are asked to treat others with respect, use suitable language and refrain from any actions which may cause offence to others. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in you being asked to leave the training camp and no refund will be issued.
